📍 Location: Mumbai & Kolkata
💼 Role: HR Business Partner
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
🕒 Experience: 1–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive end-to-end bulk hiring for PAN India field and program roles.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and hiring drives.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
* Manage recruitment pipeline, offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining formalities.
* Handle HR operations including attendance, leave, HRMS updates, employee queries, and exit formalities.
* Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate HR records.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
* Experience in bulk hiring is preferred (BPO, Retail, NGO, EdTech).
* Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and ATS.
* Fluent in English and the local language.
* Willingness to travel locally for hiring drives and onboarding activities.
