🎓 Qualification: Full-time B.Com (Preferred)
📅 Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end B2B billing and invoicing operations.
Review Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), client contracts, and commercial documents.
Generate customer invoices and maintain Accounts Receivable records.
Process invoices and accounting transactions in SAP B1.
Ensure GST compliance, HSN/SAC code validation, interstate billing, and Bill-to/Ship-to accuracy.
Prepare AR MIS reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports).
Coordinate with internal teams and corporate clients for invoice reconciliation and collection closure.
Mandatory Skills
Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) only.
Hands-on experience in Billing & Invoicing.
Working knowledge of SAP B1.
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Good understanding of GST, HSN/SAC Codes, Interstate Billing.
Excellent English communication skills.
