Position: Circle Head – Central Zone
Base Location: Bhopal
Coverage: Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan & Chhattisgarh
CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA (Best fit candidates may be considered as per experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall business performance across the Central Zone.
Lead and manage sales operations for Madhya Pradesh,
Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing regional sales teams.
Strengthen agency distribution and drive productivity across the network.
Ensure achievement of business KPIs, market expansion, and channel profitability.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key external partners.
Candidate Requirements:
Mandatory experience in General Insurance (Health or Motor Insurance background preferred).
Proven experience in Agency Sales is mandatory.
Strong leadership experience managing multi-state operations.
Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and managing large sales teams.
The candidate must be a local resident of Bhopal (or currently based in Bhopal) .
Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
